Endo International plc, declared that it has accomplished the formerly declared acquisition of a broad portfolio of branded and generic injectable and established products focused on pain, anti-infectives, cardiovascular and other specialty therapeutics areas from a partner of Aspen Holdings, a leading publicly-traded South African company that supplies branded and generic products in more than 150 countries.

The transaction is predictable to meaningfully expand Endo’s presence in South Africa by adding a product portfolio that generated about $28 million of revenue during Aspen’s fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 , in addition to a sizeable pipeline of products in various phases of development that are predictable to launch over the next several years. For 2015, Endo anticipates that EBITDA to be generated by the attained portfolio will translate into a transaction multiple of less than 10 times EBITDA on a post-synergized basis.

Altera Corporation, declared that its stockholders have overwhelmingly approved its pending merger with Intel Corporation, with more than 97 percent of votes cast in favor of the merger.

Altera and Intel reached a contract on May 31, 2015, providing for Altera to merge with Intel. The closing of the merger is subject to regulatory review and other customary conditions.

Altera Corporation, a semiconductor company, designs and sells programmable logic devices (PLDs), HardCopy application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) devices, power system-on-chip devices (PowerSoCs), pre-defined design building blocks, and associated development tools.

Finally, Shares of Bill Barrett Corporation (NYSE:BBG), ended its last trade with -3.01% loss, and closed at $4.83.

Bill Barrett Corporation, declared the following corporate update.

The Company declared that its semi-annual borrowing base review has been accomplished with the bank group reaffirming the $375 million borrowing base related to its revolving credit facility maturing in April 2020. The credit facility has $375 million of commitments and there are presently no borrowings under the credit facility. As part of the redetermination process, the Company and its lender group agreed to amend the maintenance covenants in the revolving credit facility by replacing the leverage covenant limiting the maximum total debt to trailing twelve month EBITDAX1 ratio of 4.0x with a covenant limiting the maximum senior secured debt to trailing twelve month EBITDAX ratio of 2.5x through March 31, 2018, after which, the leverage covenant reverts to a maximum total debt to trailing twelve month EBITDAX of 4.0x, as of June 30, 2018. In addition, an interest coverage ratio requirement was comprised, following which the ratio of EBITDAX to interest expense may not be less than 2.5 to 1.0 for each quarter through March 31, 2018.
