Envestnet Inc (NYSE:ENV)’s shares dropped -6.08%, and closed at $53.88, hitting new 52-week high of $57.41, during the last trading session, soon after the news release that a provider of wealth administration solutions to financial advisors and institutions, stated financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2014.

Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter of 2014 Contrast to the Fourth Quarter of 2013:

  • Adjusted Incomes raised 30% to $96.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2014 from $74.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2013.
  • Incomes from assets under administration (AUM) or assets under administration (AUA) raised 29% to $81.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2014 from $63.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2013; total incomes, which comprise licensing and professional services fees, raised 30% to $96.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2014 from $74.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2013.
  • Adjusted EBITDA raised 50% to $16.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2014 contrast to $11.0 million for the fourth quarter of 2013.
  • Adjusted Net Income was $8.6 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2014 contrast to $5.4 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2013.
  • Net income attributable to Envestnet, Inc. was $3.7 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2014 contrast to $0.7 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Envestnet, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides wealth administration software and services to independent financial advisors and financial institutions in the United States and internationally. Its wealth administration software unifies the applications and services advisors use to manage their practice and advise their clients, counting financial planning; capital markets assumptions; asset allocation guidance; research and due diligence on investment managers and funds; portfolio administration, trading, and rebalancing; multi-custodial and aggregated performance reporting; and billing calculation and administration.

Tutor Perini Corp (NYSE:TPC), dipped -10.09%, and closed at $23.27, hitting new 52-week high of $32.51, soon after a civil and building construction company, reported results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2014.

Fourth-Quarter and Fiscal 2014 Results:

Incomes were $1.2 billion and $4.5 billion for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2014, respectively, contrast to $1.1 billion and $4.2 billion for the same periods in 2013. Income from construction operations was $64.4 million and $241.7 million for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2014, respectively, contrast to $70.2 million and $203.8 million for the same periods in 2013. Net income was $27.7 million and $107.9 million for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2014, respectively, contrast to $33.3 million and $87.3 million for the same periods in 2013. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $0.56 and $2.20 for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2014, respectively, contrast to $0.68 and $1.80 for the same periods in 2013.

Income raised 9.3% in the fourth quarter of 2014 contrast to the same quarter last year due primarily to raised activity on mass transit projects in California and New York and an industrial building project in California. The decrease in net income for the fourth quarter of 2014 was due primarily to reduced activity on certain higher-margin projects and tunnel projects on the West Coast, which was partially offset by the raised income. Income raised 7.6% in fiscal 2014 due primarily to raised activity on projects at Hudson Yards in New York, electrical and mechanical projects on the East Coast, mass transit projects in California and New York, and bridge projects in the Midwest and New York.

Tutor Perini Corporation provides diversified general contracting, construction administration, and design-build services to private customers and public agencies worldwide. It operates in three segments: Civil, Building, and Specialty Contractors.

Qlik Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:QLIK), declined -0.52%, and closed at $32.44, hitting new 52-week high of $33.10, soon after the news release that the company, declared it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders Quadrant of the 2015 Business Intelligence and Analytics Platform Magic Quadrant report*.
