Stocks on the Move - Constellium NV (NYSE:CSTM), Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE:RGC), Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR), VeriFone Systems Inc (NYSE:PAY)

On Friday, Shares of Constellium NV (NYSE:CSTM), gained 5.16% to $7.54.

Constellium N. V., declared that the West Virginia Economic Development Authority (WVEDA) has approved partial financing of Constellium’s formerly communicated investment of $35 million at its Ravenswood plant. The $15 million, 15-year loan financing will contribute to the installation of a new, state-of-the-art 800 Kt furnace, primarily dedicated to the manufacturing of advanced aluminum alloys. The new equipment is due to start production mid-2016 and is predictable to significantly expand the plant’s ability to support the growth ambitions of Constellium’s aerospace customers.

“This new pusher furnace is predictable to enhance our high-quality service and product offering to aerospace customers,” stated Ingrid Joerg, President of Constellium’s Aerospace and Transportation business unit. “We are delighted to have such active support from the State of West Virginia. The Ravenswood plant employs more than 1,000 workers and also provides work for several hundred contractors. It is the largest employer in Jackson County and one of the 100 largest private employers in the state,” Joerg added.

Constellium N.V. engages in the design, manufacture, and sale of specialty rolled and extruded aluminum products for the aerospace, packaging, and automotive end-markets. The company operates in three segments: Aerospace & Transportation, Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products, and Automotive Structures & Industry.

Shares of Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE:RGC), declined -0.49% to $18.26, during its last trading session.

Regal Entertainment Group, declared that Jack Black is planned to attend an exclusive benefit screening for Sony Pictures’ forthcoming film, “Goosebumps.” Regal Cinemas Pinnacle 18 IMAX & RPX in Knoxville, TN, will host the event on Thursday, September 24, with proceeds benefiting Variety – The Children’s Charity of Eastern Tennessee.

At the end of Friday’s trade, Shares of Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHTR), gained 0.09% to $184.45.
