Altria Group, declared its 2015 second-quarter and first-half business results and raised its guidance for 2015 full-year adjusted diluted EPS.

“Altria delivered excellent second-quarter and first-half results, growing adjusted diluted EPS more than 13% with a very strong performance from the smokeable products segment and solid contributions across our other businesses. Further, our tobacco companies’ brands continued to strengthen their market leadership, with record retail share on Marlboro and more than 51% combined share on Copenhagen and Skoal year-to-date,” said Marty Barrington, Altria’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. “Based on this very strong first-half performance and our outlook for the second half, we are raising our full-year adjusted EPS guidance.”

Altria Group, Inc., through its auxiliaries, manufactures and sells cigarettes, smokeless products, and wine in the United States and internationally. It offers cigarettes primarily under the Marlboro brand; cigars principally under the Black & Mild brand; and moist smokeless tobacco products under the Copenhagen, Skoal, Red Seal, Husky, and Marlboro Snus brand names.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of McDermott International (NYSE:MDR), dipped -1.54%, and is now trading at $4.49.

McDermott International, declared that it plans to issue a press release regarding its financial and operational results for the second quarter of 2015 on Monday, August 10, 2015 after the close of trading. A conference call to talk about the results is planned to start at 4:00 pm (US Central Time) / 5:00 pm (US Eastern) on the same date.

McDermott International, Inc. operates as an engineering, procurement, construction, and installation company worldwide. The company operates through three segments: Asia Pacific, Americas, and the Middle East. It focuses on designing and executing offshore oil and gas projects.

Finally, Cheetah Mobile Inc (ADR) (NYSE:CMCM) , lost -2.74% on Thursday.

Cheetah Mobile, declared that it plans to release its second quarter 2015 financial results on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 before market opens. The Company will hold a conference call on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 8:00 am Eastern Time or 8:00 pm Beijing Time to talk about the financial results.

Cheetah Mobile Inc. operates a platform that offer mobile and PC applications for users and global content distribution channels for business partners in China. The company’s suite of applications optimizes mobile and PC Internet system performance and provides real time protection against known and unknown security threats.
