Corning Incorporated declared that Obi Worldphone(TM), designing in partnershipwith Ammunition(TM), has selected Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4 for its newest flagship smartphone, the Obi Worldphone(TM) SF1.

The Obi Worldphone(TM) SF1 is the company`s premier 4G/LTE smartphone, featuring a unique and eye-catching raised 5-inch display made of Corning Gorilla Glass 4, which is up to two times tougher than any competitive cover glass.

Gorilla Glass 4 was formulated to address consumers` No. 1 concern: drop and break. Corning Gorilla Glass 4 performs up to two times better than competitive glass. Gorilla Glass 4 is just as thin and light as previous versions but has been formulated to deliver dramatically improved drop performance without compromising on its superior light transmission, thinness, or light weight.

Shares of Halcón Resources Corporation (NYSE:HK), declined -0.94% to $1.05, during its last trading session.

Halcón Resources Corporation declared that it has reached privately negotiated exchange agreements with certain holders of its outstanding unsecured debt securities as part of its efforts to deleverage the Company’s balance sheet.

Halcón has agreed to issue about $1.02 billion aggregate principal amount of new 13.00% Third Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2022 (the “New Notes”) in exchange for about $1.57 billion aggregate principal amount of its outstanding unsecured debt securities (the “Existing Notes”) as follows:

  • $497.2 million of its 9.75% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2020;
  • $774.7 million of its 8.875% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2021; and
  • $294.3 million of its 9.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2022

Halcón Resources Corporation, an independent energy company, is engaged in the acquisition, production, exploration, and development of onshore oil and natural gas properties in the United States.

Finally, eBay Inc. (NASDAQ:EBAY), ended its last trade with 0.55% gain, and closed at $27.25.

eBay Motors, a leading vehicle, parts and accessories destination, in partnership with Assurant Solutions, a provider of specialty protection products and services, recently declared that eBay will be offering all US buyers access to take part in the Assurant Protection Plan. Through the plan, eBay Motors shoppers can purchase extended service contracts on new, used, and refurbished automotive parts and accessories.
