Stocks Roundup - Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (NYSE:DD), Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE:JNPR)

On Thursday, Shares of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), gained 0.32% to $43.50, after the company declared it will acquire VoloMetrix, an organizational analytics company.

Terms of the deal were not revealed.

The deal comes a day ahead of Microsoft’s keynote presentation at IFA 2015 in Berlin, a global tradeshow where the company is predictable to present new hardware, counting tablets, gaming devices and notebooks.

VoloMetrix will be combined with Office 365 and Delve Organizational Analytics to provide customers with feedback to maximize time, Rajesh Jha, corporate VP of Outlook and Office 365, said in a blog post.

Microsoft Corporation, a technology company, develops, licenses, and supports software products, services, and devices worldwide. The company’s Devices and Consumer (D&C) Licensing segment licenses Windows operating system and related software; Microsoft Office for consumers; and Windows Phone operating system.

Shares of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (NYSE:DD), declined -0.18% to $50.56, during its last trading session.

DuPont Pioneer and the National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE) declared that for the third year in a row, Pioneer will award $300,000 through grants totaling up to $5,000 to fund training and classroom resources that will assist implement advanced agriculture curriculums.

Grant recipients are public and private schools and universities whose teachers are implementing Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education (CASE) in their classrooms. CASE is a multi-year approach to agriscience education with rigorous educator training requirements and hands-on, inquiry focused learning activities. Teachers will use the grants to attend training, purchase equipment, and materials, and conduct end-of-course assessments.

Juniper Networks, declared the Company will present at the Deutsche Bank Technology Conference in Las Vegas.

Ankur Singla, corporate vice president and general manager, cloud software, Juniper Networks, will take part on the SDN and Cloud Services panel on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015 at 11:40 a.m. PT.
