On Friday, Shares of Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE), lost -1.63% to $31.37.

Pfizer declared that it has accomplished its acquisition of Hospira, Inc.

Pfizer’s GEP business now has a leadership position in the large and growing sterile injectables category, with a robust portfolio of both generic and branded products. The global market for generic sterile injectables is estimated to be $70 billion in 2020. In addition, GEP has significantly advanced its biosimilars business with a broadened portfolio of marketed products and pipeline assets, which will benefit from Pfizer’s best-in-class capabilities in monoclonal antibody development and manufacturing. The global market for biosimilars is estimated to be about $20 billion in 2020. The industry-leading medication administration systems business, which is now part of GEP, is a complementary business that benefits patients and healthcare systems through improved accuracy and productivity in clinical care. Pfizer is now poised to use its commercial capabilities, global scale, scientific expertise, and manufacturing prowess, which now comprises two of the largest sterile injectable manufacturing facilities in the world, to maximize the global potential of its improved GEP portfolio of sterile injectables, biosimilars and medication administration systems.

Infoblox stated its financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2015. Total net revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015 was a record $87.0 million, an improvement of 34.0% on a year-over-year basis. Total net revenue for fiscal 2015 was a record $306.1 million, an improvement of 22.3% contrast with the total net revenue of $250.3 million in fiscal 2014.

On a GAAP basis, the Company stated a net loss of $4.7 million, or $0.08 net loss per fully diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015, contrast with a net loss of $9.5 million, or $0.17 net loss per fully diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014. For fiscal 2015, the Company stated a GAAP basis net loss of $27.1 million, or $0.48 net loss per fully diluted share, contrast with a net loss of $23.9 million, or $0.45 net loss per fully diluted share, in fiscal 2014.

The Company stated non-GAAP net income of $7.3 million, or $0.12 diluted net income per share on a non-GAAP weighted-average share basis, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015, contrast with non-GAAP net income of $1.9 million, or $0.03 diluted net income per share on a non-GAAP weighted-average share basis, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014. For fiscal 2015, on a non-GAAP basis, the Company stated net income of $22.7 million, or $0.38 diluted income per share contrast with net income of $19.5 million, or $0.34 diluted income per share, in fiscal 2014.
