The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company declared a regular quarterly dividend of 33 cents per common share. The dividend is payable Dec. 15, 2015 to shareowners of record as of Dec. 1, 2015.

The Board earlier this year approved the Company’s 53rd successive annual dividend improvement, raising the quarterly dividend 8 percent from 30.5 cents to 33 cents per common share. This is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.32 per share, up from $1.22 per share in 2014. The improvement reflects the Board’s confidence in the Company’s long-term cash flow.

The Coca-Cola Company, a beverage company, manufactures and distributes various nonalcoholic beverages worldwide. The company primarily offers sparkling beverages and still beverages. Its sparkling beverages comprise nonalcoholic ready-to-drink beverages with carbonation, such as carbonated energy drinks, and carbonated waters and flavored waters.

On other hand, Shares of The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG), gained 0.08% to $74.27.

The Procter & Gamble Company, traded on a volume of 8,607,447, lower than its standard daily volume. The stock, as of recent close, has shown weekly downbeat performance of -0.17% which was maintained at -16.55% in this year. Over the last twelve months, the stock has lost -7.65 and faced a worst price of $65.02 on Aug 24, 2015. The stock has moved up across its 50-day moving average of $71.30.
