On Tuesday, ChannelAdvisor Corporation (NYSE:ECOM)’s shares surged 6.57% to $10.55, as ChannelAdvisor declared that it will release its first quarter 2015 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2015 after market close on Monday, May 4, 2015. On that day, administration will hold a conference call and webcast at 4:30 p.m. ET to review and talk about the Company’s results for the first quarter.

Penn Virginia Corporation, an independent oil and gas company, explores, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas liquids, and natural gas in various onshore regions of the United States.

At the end of Tuesday’s trade, Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE:OAS)’s shares gained 6.19% to $18.01, after Oasis Petroleum declared that the lenders under its revolving credit contract accomplished their regular semi-annual redetermination of the borrowing base, resulting in a borrowing base of $1,700 million. The Company raised the lenders’ aggregate elected commitment to $1,525 million from $1,500 million. The lenders’ aggregate commitment can be raised to the full $1,700 million borrowing base by increasing the commitment of one or more lenders.

Additionally, the Company extended the maturity date of the facility from April 2018 to April 2020, offered that the Company’s 2019 Senior Notes are stepped down or refinanced 90 days preceding to the maturity of the 2019 Senior Notes. Oasis’ borrowing base facility is supported by 18 financial institutions. The next redetermination of the borrowing base is planned for October 1, 2015.

Oasis plans to declare its first quarter 2015 financial and operational results on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 after the close of trading on the NYSE. Additionally, the Company will host a conference call on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to talk about financial and operational results for the quarter.

Oasis Petroleum Inc., an independent exploration and production company, focuses on the attainment and development of unconventional oil and natural gas resources in the North Dakota and Montana regions of the Williston Basin. In conjunction with the release, the Company has planned a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet, on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern (9:00 a.m. Central).
