Traders Alert - Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) Capital Bank Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CBF)

On Thursday, Shares of Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI), gained 1.88% to $3.79.

SiriusXM Canada (XSR.TO), revealed the eight finalists who have secured a spot behind the mic, on stage at SiriusXM’s Top Comic Finale. The finale will take place at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto on October 1 as part of Just For Laughs’ JFL42 Comedy Festival.

The eight finalists beat out 16 other semi-finalists in the competition by garnering the most votes in a Canada -wide online campaign this summer. Auditions were held in Calgary , Halifax , Montreal , Ottawa , Vancouver , Winnipeg , and two nights in Toronto to determine the semi-finalists.

At the October 1 finale, hosted by SiriusXM’s Ben Miner, a panel of judges will have the task of choosing one comedian to crown with the title of SiriusXM’s Top Comic and receive the grand prize of $15,000. The winner will also get a solo show at JFL42 2016 and a TV spot at Just For Laughs Montreal 2016. Two runners up will also receive TV spots at Just For Laughs Montreal 2016, in addition to a double-threat show at JFL42 2016.

Capital Bank Financial declared that it and its partner, Capital Bank, N.A. (“Capital Bank”), have been assigned investment grade ratings by Kroll Bond Rating Agency (“KBRA”).

KBRA assigned Capital Bank a deposit rating of A-, senior unsecured debt rating of A-, subordinated debt rating of BBB+, and short-term deposit/debt rating of K2. In addition, KBRA assigned the Company a senior unsecured debt rating of BBB+, subordinated debt rating of BBB, and short-term rating of K2.

Capital Bank Financial Corp. operates as the bank holding company for Capital Bank, National Association that provides various commercial and consumer banking products and services in the southeastern region of the United States.
