But it’s not just treats up Chester Cheetah’s sleeves – if he had sleeves – this year. The self-proclaimed master of mischief is also debuting “Treats and Tricks,” a new video series that shows what happened when a few “lucky” families received an extra delivery with their free Cheetos Trick-or-Treat Packs.
