KeyCorp, declared that its Board of Directors declared the following dividends for the second quarter of 2015:

  • A cash dividend of $0.075 per share on the corporation’s outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2015 to holders of record of such common shares as of the close of business on June 2, 2015
  • A dividend of $1.9375 per share on the corporation’s outstanding 7.750% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A, payable on June 15, 2015 to holders of record as of the close of business on May 29, 2015, for the period commencing on (and counting) March 15, 2015 to (but not taking into account) June 15, 2015.

The cash dividend of $0.075 per common share represents a 15% enhance contrast to the $0.065 per common share paid last quarter.

KeyCorp operates as the bank holding company for KeyBank National Association that provides various retail and commercial banking services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients in the United States.

Finally, UBS Group AG (NYSE:UBS), ended its last trade with -0.71% loss, and closed at $21.07.

UBS Group, published its first quarter 2015 report, which comprises the interim merged financial statements of UBS AG for the period ended 31 March 2015 and certain supplemental information.
