The Corporation’s ordinary stock will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE during this period, subject to the Corporation’s compliance with other continued listing standards. As required by the NYSE’s rules, the Corporation plans to notify the NYSE within 10 business days of the receipt of the notice of non-compliance of its intent to cure the deficiency.

Walter Energy is a leading, publicly traded “pure-play” metallurgical coal producer for the global steel industry with planned access to steel producers in Europe, Asia and South America. The Corporation also produces thermal coal, anthracite, metallurgical coke and coal bed methane gas. Walter Energy employs about 2,700 employees, with operations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Antero Resources Corp (NYSE:AR), declined -3.43%, and closed at $37.13.

Antero Resources Corporation (AR), declared the pricing of its private placement to eligible purchasers of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior unsecured notes due June 2023 at par. The offering is predictable to close on March 17, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Antero estimates that it will receive net proceeds of about $739 million, after deducting the initial purchasers’ discounts and estimated expenses, which it intends to use to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its credit facility.

Antero Resources Corporation, an independent oil and natural gas corporation, attains, explores, and develops natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil properties in the United States.

Five Below Inc (NASDAQ:FIVE), dipped -3.39%, and closed at $29.91, hitting new 52-week low of $29.87. The company has the market capitalization of $1.68B. On the other hand the stock’s volatility for the week is 2.18 %, and for the month is 2.42%. The stock price to book value is $11.68; however price to sale value is $2.59. Diamond Resorts International Inc (NYSE:DRII) dropped -3.34%, and closed at $33.60.

Diamond Resorts International, Inc. (DRII), declared the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 6,700,000 shares of its ordinary stock by certain selling stockholders at a price of $33.75 per share. The underwriter will have a 30-day option to purchase 1,000,772 additional shares of ordinary stock from the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments. Diamond will not sell any stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds.

Diamond has agreed to purchase from the underwriter 1,515,582 of the shares of ordinary stock being sold in the offering at the price per share at which the underwriter is purchasing shares from the selling stockholders.

The offering is predictable to close on or about March 10, 2015.
