On Friday, Shares of Halliburton Company (NYSE:HAL), gained 0.55% to $41.99.

Shares of Amdocs Limited (NASDAQ:DOX), inclined 1.27% to $60.41, during its last trading session.

Amdocs, declared that PJSC VimpelCom (Beeline), one of the largest service providers in Russia, has successfully deployed an Amdocs customer administration solution that improves call-center agent efficiency across the country. As a result, Beeline can enhance satisfaction and retention rates of its more than 59 million mobile and fixed-line broadband customers throughout Russia.

Part of a five-year maintenance and support contract declared last year, the deployment integrates over 40 third-party applications into one customer relationship administration (CRM) solution for Beeline’s customer service agents. Using purchasing, service and support processes, it enables care agents to deliver more accurate responses and resolve more issues on the first call, resulting in fewer calls to Beeline’s call centers.

“This complex project involved the integration of more than 60 user interfaces into a single user window in a very short time period,” said Vladimir Savkin, VimpelCom’s CIO. “This has resulted in an integrated customer administration solution that enables our more than 15,000 agents in eight time zones to provide the highest levels of service that we are committed to, while also significantly increasing operational efficiency.”

Amdocs Limited provides software and services for communications, media, and entertainment industry service providers worldwide. It offers revenue administration products that address BSS/OSS data processing and event-handling needs, in addition to provides automated partner administration and settlement for various types of partners, counting interconnect, content, roaming, digital advertising, mobile virtual network operator, wholesale, and dealer.

Finally, Allison Transmission Holdings Inc (NYSE:ALSN), ended its last trade with 0.72% gain, and closed at $29.46.

Allison Transmission Holdings and the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority, have dedicated the first of 60 new buses equipped with the latest advances in fuel economy technology. Referred to as xFE, designating extra fuel economy, the new fully automatic bus transmission has demonstrated improvements up to 7 percent.

The new buses are part of TheRide’s Five-Year Transit Improvement Program to implement new and expanded services, while also replacing older buses in the agency’s fleet. So far, TheRide has taken delivery of eight buses with seven more due in November. Another 45 buses will be delivered over the next five years. In addition to the xFE transmission, the buses feature a new exterior design.

Transmissions with xFE have the same space claim and ratings as current models, but incorporate optimized gear ratios coupled with Allison’s FuelSense Max electronic controls package. They enable torque converter lock up in 1st gear and operate at lower engine speeds in higher ranges to further improve fuel economy.

Allison transmissions are utilized by 21 of the 25 largest cities in the world and are specified by more than 100 bus OEMs worldwide. On any given day, more than 200,000 Allison-equipped buses are in operation, transporting 20 million passengers daily.
