Active Stocks Buzz: Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI), Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (NYSE:HLT), TherapeuticsMD, Inc. (NYSEMKT:TXMD)

Sirius XM Canada Holdings, declared that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend payment of C$0.1050 per Class A Share, C$0.1050 per Class C Share and C$0.0350 per Class B Share. The dividend will be payable on August 10, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 24, 2015 .

The quarterly dividend on the Class A, Class C and Class B Shares are designated as an “eligible” dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act ( Canada ) and any similar provincial legislation.

TherapeuticsMD, declared the pricing of an underwritten public offering of about 3.8 million shares of its common stock, offered at a price of $7.80 per share. The gross proceeds to TherapeuticsMD from this offering are predictable to be about $30.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses payable by TherapeuticsMD. In addition, TherapeuticsMD has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase, at the public offering price less the underwriting discount, up to about 577,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by TherapeuticsMD. The offering is predictable to close on or about July 15, 2015, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Stifel and Guggenheim Securities are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

TherapeuticsMD, Inc. operates as a women’s health care product company.
