On Monday, Shares of Master card Inc (NYSE:MA), gained 1.44% to $98.25.

MasterCard, declared a series of executive appointments that will drive greater alignment and continue to evolve the company’s “Global Products and Solutions” and “Operations and Technology” business units. The appointments will become effective January 1, 2016.

Ed McLaughlin has been named chief information officer. In this new role, McLaughlin will be responsible for ensuring the company efficiently delivers software development and integration efforts at the highest standards. For the past five years, he served as chief emerging payments officer, leading the development and launch of the company’s digital platforms, counting MasterPass, the MDES digital token program and P2P payments.

McLaughlin originally joined MasterCard in 2005 as head of Bill Payment and Healthcare. He later served as chief franchise development officer before assuming his current role. Earlier in his career, McLaughlin led product and strategy at Metavante and was a co-founder and CEO of Paytrust, an online payments company.

MasterCard Incorporated, a technology company, provides transaction processing and other payment-related products and services in the United States and internationally. The company facilitates the processing of payment transactions, counting authorization, clearing, and settlement, in addition to delivers related products and services. It also offers value-added services, such as loyalty and reward programs, and information and consulting services.

Shares of Raytheon Company (NYSE:RTN), inclined 4.17% to $122.14, during its last trading session.

Raytheon Company, in partnership with the U.S. Navy, has accomplished the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) for the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) program, a key milestone in the acquisition process.

“Raytheon and the Navy have made system engineering process discipline a top priority from the outset of the NGJ program,” said Travis Slocumb, vice president of Electronic Warfare Systems at Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems. “The successful completion of PDR is indicative of the strength of our partnership, and we will apply that same focus as we move into the follow-on phases of the program.”

The NGJ is planned to replace legacy ALQ-99 jamming pods, delivering new capabilities for the Navy’s EA-18G Growler. The Navy plans to declare Initial Operating Capability for the Jammer in 2021.

Raytheon Company develops integrated products, services, and solutions in the areas of sensing; effects; command, control, communications, and intelligence; mission support; and cyber and information security worldwide. Finally, Shares of Berry Plastics Group Inc (NYSE:BERY), ended its last trade with 1.55% gain, and closed at $35.48.

Berry Plastics Group, declared a new streamlined business structure which organizes the Company into three market-focused divisions, designed to allow the Company to best serve its customers, drive future growth, and maximize shareholder value. The new divisions are: Health, Hygiene, and Specialties; Consumer Packaging; and Engineered Materials.

The new organization streamlines the Company while aligning our businesses closely with the markets that we serve,” said Jon Rich, Berry Plastics’ Chairman and CEO. “I am confident that this new structure will allow us to best integrate the newly attained AVINTIV business into Berry Plastics and accelerate the planned growth of the Company, while strengthening the service we provide to our customers and the value we create for our shareholders.”
