Medtronic PLC, declared that the company`s annual meeting of shareholders will be held at 9:00 a.m. Irish Standard Time, on Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Conrad Hotel, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, Ireland. Shareholders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2015, will be eligible to vote at the meeting.

The 2015 Annual Meeting will be the first to be held in Ireland. Finally, Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE:GPK), ended its last trade with -1.11% gain, and closed at $13.77.
