Charter Communications, declared that its partner, CCO Safari II, LLC, intends to offer senior secured notes due 2020, 2022, 2025, 2035, 2045 and 2055 (the “Notes”).
Charter intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the Notes to partially finance Charter’s formerly declared transactions with Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC) and Bright House Networks, LLC. The proceeds from the offering of the Notes will be placed in escrow at CCO Safari II, LLC until the closing of the transaction between Charter and Time Warner Cable Inc., at which time the Notes will be assumed by Charter’s auxiliaries, Charter Communications Operating, LLC and Charter Communications Operating Capital Corp.
Charter Communications, Inc., through its auxiliaries, provides entertainment, information, and communications solutions to residential and commercial customers in the United States.
