Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, declared that its partner, Studio City Company Limited, as the borrower under the US$1.4 billion Studio City term loan and revolving credit facility, has received the requisite lender consent to amend the loan documentation as projected by the Studio City borrowing group. The amendments, which are in effect as of recently, comprise changing the Studio City project opening date condition from 400 to 250 tables, consequential adjustments to the financial covenants, and rescheduling the commencement of financial covenant testing. Studio City, which opened on October 27, 2015, will continue its operations and obtain disbursements from the US$1.4 billion Studio City loan, as planned.
Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, through its auxiliaries, develops, owns, and operates casino gaming and entertainment resort facilities in Asia. Med Share International’s Northeast Regional Council held its fifth annual “Share the Good Gala” on Nov. 9 and honored Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC) for its outstanding humanitarian partnership with Med Share in Sierra Leone.
Med Share is a humanitarian aid organization that sources and distributes essential surplus medical supplies and equipment to underserved communities in 96 countries around the world.
