Preceding to joining GSK, Dr. Cornfeld also held roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson and Hoffman-LA Roche. Preceding to joining industry, Dr. Cornfeld held oncology leadership roles at several medical centers counting the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Cornfeld received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, M.P.H. from Rutgers University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

He held other leadership positions at JCPenney in Information Technology, with jcp.com, Corporate Strategy and Planning, and Digital Ventures. Nealon joined JCPenney as Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer in 2006.

Priority to Medtronic, Mr. Ellis worked at GE Healthcare as General Counsel of Monitoring Solutions and Services and, earlier, as Chief Compliance Officer.
