On Monday, Shares of Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD), lost -1.19% to $8.29.

Rite Aid Corporation, declared that Paul Zikmund, a risk administration professional with nearly 30 years of experience, is joining Rite Aid as group vice president of risk and controls.

In this new position, Zikmund will oversee the risk administration program for Rite Aid in addition to its auxiliaries, RediClinic, Health Dialog and EnvisionRx. Zikmund will report to Tony Bellezza, Rite Aid senior vice president and chief compliance officer.

Rite Aid Corporation, through its auxiliaries, operates a chain of retail drugstores in the United States. The company sells prescription drugs and a range of other merchandise, counting over-the-counter medications, health and beauty aids, personal care items, cosmetics, household items, food and beverages, greeting cards, seasonal merchandise, and other every day and convenience products.

Shares of BP p.l.c. (NYSE:BP), declined -3.34% to $39.91, during its last trading session, as falling crude prices take their toll on the oil sector yesterday.

U.S. benchmark West Texas intermediate crude tumbled $4.40 (U.S.) to $52.53 a barrel, a day after Greek voters rejected a deal with the nation’s creditors that would have paved the way for a new bailout deal with European partners. The strength of the No vote has stoked worries about the impact on the economic health of the rest of the euro zone.

Eureka Hunter Pipeline, LLC a company in which Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation owns a substantial equity interest, declared recently that throughput volumes on Eureka Hunter’s gas gathering pipeline system located in West Virginia and Ohio, have now reached a new record high of over 700,000 MMBtu per day on Thursday, July 2, 2015.

The Company declared its intention to pursue the sale of 100% of its equity ownership interest in Eureka Hunter following a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 25, 2015. Based upon current market conditions, the Company believes that a sale of all of its equity interest in Eureka Hunter could generate up to about $600 - $700 million in gross cash proceeds to Magnum Hunter.
