BlackBerry Limited provides wireless communications solutions worldwide. CEMEX declared that merged net sales reached US$3.8 billion during the second quarter of 2015, an enhance of 5% on a like-to-like basis for the ongoing operations and adjusting for currency fluctuations, as compared to the comparable period in 2014. Operating EBITDA raised by 1% during the quarter to US$744 million as compared to the same period in 2014. On a like-to-like basis, operating EBITDA raised by 13% in the same period.

During the second quarter of 2015, controlling interest net income was US$114 million, an improvement of 50% over an income of US$76 million in the same period last year.

Total debt plus perpetual notes reduced by US$774 million during the quarter.

Geographical Markets Second-Quarter 2015 Highlights

Net sales in our operations in Mexico reduced 9% in the second quarter of 2015 to US$745 million, contrast with US$816 million in the second quarter of 2014. Operating EBITDA raised by 4% to US$256 million as compared to the same period of last year.

CEMEX’s operations in the United States stated net sales of US$1,008 million in the second quarter of 2015, up 5% from the same period in 2014. Operating EBITDA raised 31% to US$156 million in the second quarter of 2015, from US$119 million in the same quarter of 2014.

CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V., a building materials company, produces, markets, distributes, and sells cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials in Mexico, the United States, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, South America, the Caribbean, and Asia.

Finally, LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (NYSE:LYB), ended its last trade with -0.58% loss, and closed at $89.85.

LyondellBasell Industries declared that its Supervisory Board has authorized the company’s Administration Board to declare an interim dividend of $0.78 per share. The interim dividend will be paid September 8, 2015 to shareholders of record August 25, 2015 with an ex-dividend date of August 21, 2015.
