ExxonMobil, reached a contract with PBF Energy Inc. for the sale and purchase of its 50 percent interest in Chalmette Refining, LLC in Chalmette, Louisiana.

PBF Energy will purchase 100 percent of Chalmette Refining, LLC, which is a joint venture between associates of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) and ExxonMobil.

Exxon Mobil Corporation explores for and produces crude oil and natural gas in the United States, Canada/South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia/Oceania. It also manufactures and markets commodity petrochemicals, counting olefins, aromatics, polyethylene and polypropylene plastics, and specialty products; and transports and sells crude oil, natural gas, and petroleum products. Exxon Mobil Corporation was formerly known as Exxon Corporation and changed its name to Exxon Mobil Corporation in November, 1999. Exxon Mobil Corporation was founded in 1870 and is headquartered in Irving, Texas.

Shares of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (ADR) (NYSE:BBVA), declined -0.76% to $9.81, during its last trading session.
