Texas Instruments Incorporated designs, manufactures, and sells semiconductors to electronics designers and manufacturers worldwide. It operates through two segments, Analog and Embedded Processing.

Shares of Paragon Offshore PLC (NYSE:PGN), declined -2.30% to $0.791, during its last trading session.

Paragon Offshore plc, declared that it issued a report on drilling rig status and contract information as of July 13, 2015. The report, titled “Fleet Status Report,” can be found on the Company’s website at www.paragonoffshore.com, under the “Our Fleet” section of the website.
