Sky News reported that the UK Foreign Office had reported the death of another British mercenary in Ukraine, where his body was found in a pond with his hands tied.
The TV channel quoted a Foreign Ministry spokesman: “We are helping the family of a Briton who died in Ukraine.”
She indicated that the person in question was Jordan Chadwick of Lancashire, who had previously served in the Scots Guards.
She added that Chadwick had gone to Ukraine to join the International Corps. He was found dead in a pond with his hands tied behind his back.
The Daily Record newspaper reported that the mercenary’s family learned of his death on June 26, and the body arrived at his home on August 7. An investigation into the cause of Chadwick’s death is due to begin in February.
British mercenary Sam Newey, 22, was killed earlier in a Russian mortar attack.
The Russian Defense Ministry previously confirmed that the Kiev regime considers foreign mercenaries “cannon fodder”, and that the Russian army will continue to destroy them throughout Ukraine.
