Cleaner at Inter Miami Stadium Fired for Asking Lionel Messi to Sign Shirt
One of the cleaners at the American Inter Miami stadium asked the Argentine star Lionel Messi to sign his shirt, but he did not expect to receive immediate punishment for his behavior and dismissal from his job.
Meeting His Favorite Star
Young Cristian Salamanca worked with a company in charge of cleaning at sporting events and concerts, and fortunately for him, his presence at the Inter Miami stadium for the first time in his life coincided with the presence of his favorite star there, so during his work, the young man left his place and headed towards the club bus as soon as it pulled up to the stadium garage, picked up the Argentine jersey and asked Messi to sign it.
Messi signed on the T-shirt, but the guards immediately approached Christian and removed him from his place. Subsequently, he received a decision on the final dismissal of his work.
A Worthwhile Experience
Meanwhile, in statements to the press, the young man said that he works as a cleaner of toilets located in the area of the bus garage.
He added: “Fortunately I was present when the bus pulled up and the players left and the last one was Lionel Messi. I yelled for him to pay attention to me by saying (Hello world champion) and that’s what happened when he turned and came over to sign my shirt.”
He continued, “Immediately the security came and then I was fired from my job, but it was worth it.”
Strict Rules for Employees
And every employee of the DRV PNK stadium, whether an employee of the club or a third-party company that has signed a contract with the stadium, is warned not to bother Messi with photos or signatures.
