Under the terms of the agreement, Trustwave has become a global member of the Palo Alto Netoperates NextWave partner program to provide managed security services for the Palo Alto Netoperates security platform. The alliance expands Trustwave Managed Security Services to comprise Palo Alto Netoperates devices delivering the latest next-generation security technology to assist businesses defend the network perimeter without having to manage and monitor the devices themselves.

Palo Alto Netoperates, Inc. provides enterprise security platform to enterprises, service providers, and government entities worldwide. Its platform comprises Next-Generation Firewall that delivers application, user, and content visibility and control, in addition to protection against network-based cyber threats; Advanced Endpoint Protection that prevents cyber attacks that exploit software vulnerabilities on various fixed and virtual endpoints and servers; and Threat Intelligence Cloud that offers central intelligence capabilities, security for software as a service applications, and automated delivery of preventative measures against cyber attacks.

Shares of T. Rowe Price Group Inc (NASDAQ:TROW), declined -0.89% to $68.88, during its current trading session.

T Rowe Price (NASDAQ-GS: TROW) has launched the Emerging Markets Value Stock Fund. In seeking long-term growth of capital, the fund invests in emerging markets companies that are out of favor and undervalued but possess identified catalysts that could drive their stock prices higher.

  • The fund is managed by Ernest Yeung, a portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price’s International Small-Cap Equity Strategy. Mr. Yeung has 14 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation.
  • Yeung anticipates the Emerging Markets Value Fund to hold a relatively concentrated portfolio of 50-80 stocks. Using T. Rowe Price’s global research platform, Mr. Yeung starts with a broad universe of emerging- and frontier-markets stocks. From there, he screens for undervalued and forgotten stocks that have an attractive margin of safety before conducting detailed fundamental analysis that aims to identify the catalysts that will drive re-rating of the stocks.

Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ADR) (NYSE:ASX), during its Thursday’s current trading session decreased -0.73% to $5.45.

Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. (ASX) declared that the Taiwan High Court Kaohsiung Branch has cleared the company and its five employees of all charges related to the Violation of the Waste Disposal Act.

In the press release issued by the Taiwan High Court Kaohsiung branch recently, the court has noted that on October 1, 2013 1000hrs, when an abnormal overflow of hydrochloric acid occurred, ASE had tried to neutralize the discharge by increasing the amount of caustic added to the effluent. By 2000hrs of the same day, the pH value of the effluent discharge had gradually returned to normalcy. The court was of the opinion that the October 1, 2013 discharge of wastewater over regulatory effluent limits was not a deliberate act but was a result of the lack of a well-equipped internal procedure to handle contingencies such as the hydrochloric acid overflow.

Canadian manufacturers indicated further deterioration in overall business conditions during September, with output, new business and employment levels all falling since the previous month, according to the RBC PMI for September. Weaker demand conditions resulted in lower input buying and greater efforts to streamline inventories, while backlogs of work were reduced at the fastest pace since April.

Moreover, the latest survey pointed to stagnating export sales, despite support from exchange rate depreciation against the U.S. dollar. At the same time, input prices raised at a robust pace amid widespread reports of rising costs for inputs purchased from abroad, but factory gate charges picked up only slightly over the month.
