During Friday’s Morning trade, Shares of Cemex SAB de CV (ADR) (NYSE:CX), lost -0.67% to $5.93.

Cemex SAB de CV, declared changes to its senior level organization, effective January 1, 2016. All of the executives named below are current executive committee members that have had noteworthy international operating administration experience:

  • Juan Romero Torres has been ratified as President of CEMEX Mexico.
  • Ignacio Madridejos Fernández has been designated President of CEMEX USA.
  • Jaime Gerardo Elizondo Chapa has been designated President of CEMEX Europe. This new region will now integrate all our operations in Europe counting Spain and Croatia.
  • Jaime Muguiro Domínguez has been designated President of CEMEX South, Central America and the Caribbean.
  • Joaquín Miguel Estrada Suárez has been designated President of CEMEX Asia, Middle East and Africa. The existing Asia region will now comprise CEMEX´s Middle East and Africa operations.

Karl H. Watson Jr., current President of CEMEX USA, will leave the company effective January 1st and will be retained by CEMEX in an advisory capacity until June 30, 2016.

All other Executive Vice Presidents that head corporate staff functions which report to CEMEX’s CEO will remain unchanged.

Shares of Johnson Controls Inc (NYSE:JCI), inclined 0.23% to $42.67, during its current trading session.

Johnson Controls, declared it anticipates to post higher revenues and record profits in fiscal 2016.

The company is discussing its fiscal 2016 forecast with financial analysts recently in New York City. Highlighted expectations, not taking into account separation/transaction/integration costs and non-recurring items, comprise:

  • Merged net sales of about $38.6 billion, an approximate 4 percent improvement vs. 2015
  • Year-on-year segment income improvement of about 12 percent
  • Diluted earnings per share of about $3.70 to $3.90, up 8 to 14 percent vs. the preceding year
  • About 10 percent organic sales improvements in both Building Efficiency and Power Solutions

“We expect higher revenues and record profitability in fiscal 2016 as we manage through the noteworthywork required to split into two world-class companies after the end of this fiscal year,” said Alex Molinaroli, chairman and CEO of Johnson Controls. “We believe our planned and operating plans will continue to drive strong performance in all of our businesses as we firmly position both new companies for growth.”

Finally, Shares of Embraer SA (ADR) (NYSE:ERJ), gained 0.98%, and is now trading at $31.92.

Embraer delivered, in a ceremony held at the Company’s headquarters, in Sao Jose dos Campos, the 1,200th aircraft of the E-Jets family. The commemorative aircraft, an E195 model, was received by Azul Linhas Aereas Brasileiras S.A., a Brazilian airline, which operates the largest fleet of this jet type in the world.
