The Galaxy Store has recently made available a new version of the Expert RAW photo app from Samsung, bringing its version number up to 2.0.10.6. While some users had access to it earlier this week, the update has now become more widely available.
According to the changelog for Expert RAW 2.0.10.6, the update focused on fixing bugs and enhancing picture quality. Although Samsung has not provided much detail regarding these changes, it has been confirmed that the latest version of Expert RAW adjusts the saturation of the photos taken by users.
The difference in color may not be easily discernible unless one compares the same photo taken with the older and newer versions of the app. Nonetheless, as shown in the before and after pictures of the same scene below, there is a noticeable difference.
It is essential to note that personal preferences will influence whether or not one prefers this change. However, users should remember that Expert RAW is an advanced app offering various shooting tools, including the ability to adjust saturation before capturing an image. Additionally, post-processing options such as Adobe Lightroom or the picture editor that comes with your phone can help you make further changes.
If you own a compatible Samsung phone, the Expert RAW update is available for download from the Galaxy Store. However, suppose you cannot access the update yet. In that case, it is possible that it is not yet available for your device, so you may need to check back later.
