The delivery of the first two NXE:3350B EUV systems is predictable before the end of 2015. The new systems will be in addition to the existing EUV development systems already at the customer. Flowserve Corporation, declared that Karyn F. Ovelmen will join Flowserve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2015.
Ovelmen will join Flowserve from LyondellBasell Industries N.V., one of the world`s largest plastics and chemicals companies, where she has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2011. Teck Resources, declared that it has attained an aggregate of 3,897,739 additional common shares of Erdene Resource Development Corp.. Teck subscribed for 2,826,310 common shares from Erdene in a private placement at a purchase price of $0.139 per common share and attained the remaining 1,071,429 common shares through the exercise of share-purchase warrants at an exercise price of $0.10 per warrant.
As a result of these transactions, Teck holds 13,040,596 Erdene common shares, representing about 15.1% of Erdene’s issued and outstanding common shares. Erdene is a mining company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of base and precious metals in Mongolia.
