On Friday, Shares of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), lost -2.05% to $42.61.

Microsoft Corporation is set to buy Israeli cloud cybersecurity start-up Adallom in “one of the largest” of the group’s recent acquisitions, a source close to the situation has told CNBC.

The deal is likely to close and be declared this week with the price tag set to be “quite a few hundred million dollars”, the person said, choosing to remain anonymous because the information isn’t public. The source did not reveal the exact price but said it would be bigger than any recent deals. CNBC Reports

Adallom is poised to be the latest company to be snapped up by Microsoft which has been on a buying spree over the past year as the company pushes its fast-growing businesses such as the cloud unit. CNBC added.

Microsoft Corporation, a technology company, develops, licenses, and supports software products, services, and devices worldwide. The company’s Devices and Consumer (D&C) Licensing segment licenses Windows operating system and related software; Microsoft Office for consumers; and Windows Phone operating system.

Shares of Visa Inc. (NYSE:V), declined -1.76% to $69.16, during its last trading session.

Visa declared its participation in the following investor conferences in the month of September.

On Wednesday, September 16, Jim McCarthy, Executive Vice President, Innovation & Planned Partnerships, will present at the Deutsche Bank 2015 Technology Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The negotiation will start at 1:20 p.m. Pacific Time and last for about 35 minutes.

On Tuesday, September 29, Brad Greene, Vice President, Digital Developed Markets, will present at the Jefferies 2015 West Coast Electronic Payments Summit in Half Moon Bay, California. The negotiation will start at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time and last for about 45 minutes.

Visa Inc., a payments technology company, operates as a retail electronic payments network worldwide. The company facilitates commerce through the transfer of value and information among financial institutions, merchants, consumers, businesses, and government entities.

Finally, Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL), ended its last trade with -1.71% loss, and closed at $36.27.

Oracle Corporation declared that its first quarter fiscal year 2016 results will be released on Wednesday, September 16th, after the close of the market. Oracle will host a conference call and live webcast at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time to discuss the financial results.
