Bank of America Corporation, declared that Jackie Yoon has been named market president, serving as the company’s enterprise leader in St. Louis.

In this role, Yoon will work across the region to connect Bank of America’s business lines to deliver integrated financial services to individuals, families and businesses. She will also lead Bank of America’s corporate social responsibility work in the market, which leverages the unmatched capabilities of the company to assist partners, people, communities and a broad client and customer base more effectively address a wide range of issues.

“Jackie’s leadership in St. Louis will ensure we are assisting all of our customers and clients live their financial lives, through the power of every connection we can make with them,” said Bank of America Chief Executive Officer Brian Moynihan.

Shares of NiSource Inc. (NYSE:NI), inclined 0.12% to $17.14, during its last trading session.

NiSource, declared that on July 3, 2015 its Board of Directors elected Kevin T. Kabat to the Board. He will also serve on the Board’s Audit and Finance committees.

Mr. Kabat presently serves as chief executive officer of Fifth Third Bancorp, a position he has held since April 2007, and vice chairman. Before becoming CEO, he served as president since 2006 after leading both retail and associate banking. He was formerly vice chairman and president of Old Kent Bank, which was attained by Fifth Third Bancorp in 2001.

Finally, Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CNK), ended its last trade with -0.96% loss, and closed at $40.31.

Cinemark Holdings, declared that Darcy Antonellis, CEO, Vubiquity, has been elected to the Board of Cinemark Holdings, Inc., effective July 7, 2015. Ms. Antonellis was elected to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Mr. Vahe Dombalagian and shall serve the remainder of Mr. Dombalagian’s term as a member of the Class II directors.
