Intraday Movers: Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI), Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK), Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (NASDAQ:WBA)

On Wednesday, Shares of Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI), gained 1.60% to $3.82.

Sirius XM declared its exclusive programming in celebration of the Labor Day holiday which will comprise an extensive lineup spanning its commercial-free music, plus sports, comedy and entertainment programming channels.

Starting Friday, September 4 and airing throughout the holiday weekend, SiriusXM subscribers can enjoy special editions of SiriusXM’s “Town Hall” series, broadcasts of concerts and performances, live broadcasts of DJ sets, broadcasts of football, soccer, and baseball games and more.

Shares of Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK), inclined 1.80% to $6.22, during its last trading session.

German carmakers BMW, Audi (VOWG_p.DE) and Mercedes have won U.S. antitrust approval to buy Nokia’s maps business for around 2.5 billion euros ($2.8 billion), the Federal Trade Commission said on Wednesday, according to Reuters.

The deal, which was declared in early August, was on the FTC’s list of uncontroversial transactions, which won approval from the FTC or the Justice Department. The two agencies share the work of antitrust enforcement. Reuters Reports

Germany’s three premium carmakers will hold equal stakes in the business, known as HERE, and may allow automakers to offer new premium features, like autonomous driving, in luxury cars, shaking up the pecking order between car makers, their parts suppliers and software rivals like Uber and Google.
