During Wednesday’s trade, Shares of STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE:STOR), lost -1.26% to $22.76.

STORE Capital declared the pricing of a follow-on public offering of 14,000,000 shares of common stock to be sold by the Company, at a public offering price of $22.00 per share. In connection with the offering, STORE Holding Company, LLC, the Company’s controlling stockholder (“Selling Stockholder”), has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,100,000 additional shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholder. The Company will not receive any proceeds from shares of common stock to be sold by the Selling Stockholder. The offering is predictable to close on December 7, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use about $99 million of the net proceeds of the projected offering to repay amounts outstanding under its unsecured credit facilities and the remainder to fund property acquisitions subject to purchase contracts in the ordinary course of business.

STORE Capital is a privately owned real estate investment trust. The firm invests in the real estate markets. It primarily invests in single-tenant properties counting chain restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and other retail, service and distribution facilities. STORE Capital is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Shares of Janus Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE:JNS), declined -3.28% to $15.32, during its current trading session.

Janus Capital Group, today declared that Janus Fundamental Fixed Income CIO Gibson Smith has decided to leave Janus on March 31, 2016, to step back from the business and spend more time with his family. Janus is promoting members of the existing Fundamental Fixed Income team to leadership roles. Darrell Watters will become Head of U.S. Domestic Fundamental Fixed Income and Chris Diaz will become Head of Global Fundamental Fixed Income.

Darrell joined Janus in 1993 and was most recently a portfolio manager on the Janus Flexible Bond Fund, Janus Global Bond Fund, Janus High-Yield Fund, Janus Real Return Fund and Janus Short-Term Bond Fund. Before joining Janus, Darrell was a municipal bond trader at Piper Jaffray. Chris joined Janus in 2011 and was most recently Head of Global Rates and lead portfolio manager of the Janus Global Multi-Sector strategy and related portfolios. Before joining Janus, Chris was head of the global rates group at ING Investment Administration.

Janus Capital Group, Inc. is a publicly owned asset administration holding company with about $167.7 billion in assets under administration. It also provides retirement planning, investment planning, tax planning, investment for college, and tax planning services to its clients.

Finally, Verisk Analytics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VRSK), lost -0.29%, and is now trading at $75.88.

Verisk Analytics, declared its board of directors approved an incremental $300 million of authorization under its share repurchase program.

Under the repurchase program, Verisk may repurchase shares in the open market or as otherwise may be determined by the company, subject to market conditions, business opportunities, and other factors. The company has no obligation to repurchase shares under the program.
