On Monday, Shares of General Electric Company (NYSE:GE), gained 5.34% to $26.83.

General Electric Capital Corporation (“GECC”) recently declared the pricing terms of the formerly declared private offers commenced by GE Capital International Funding Company (the “Issuer”) to exchange (the “Exchange Offers”) the Issuer’s new senior unsecured notes (collectively, the “New Notes”) for certain outstanding debt securities (collectively, the “Old Notes”). The pricing terms were established at 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) (4:00 p.m. (London time)) on October 5, 2015 (the “Price Determination Date”).

The Exchange Offers are being conducted by the Issuer upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in a separate offer to exchange (which is available only to Eligible Holders), as modified by this declaration and the declaration regarding the Exchange Offers dated October 3, 2015 (the “Offer to Exchange”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings set forth in the declaration regarding the Exchange Offers dated September 21, 2015.

General Electric Company (GE) is a diversified infrastructure and financial services company. Shares of Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ:ATML), declined -2.03% to $8.21, during its last trading session.

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. on Monday said it was no longer interested in buying fellow chip maker Atmel Corp., which has agreed to merge with Dialog Semiconductor PLC, according to WSJ.

Cypress confirmed it had made an offer for Atmel, also based in San Jose, Calif., but said the offer had expired and it had “withdrawn its interest” in the chip maker.

U.K.-based Dialog Semiconductor made a $4.6 billion cash and stock bid earlier this month. The deal, subject to shareholders’ approval, is predictable to close in the first quarter of 2016.

Under the terms of that deal, Atmel would have to pay Dialog $137.3 million if, among other reasons, it terminates the merger to pursue a higher bid. WSJ Reports

Shares of Continental Resources, Inc. (NYSE:CLR), inclined 6.26% to $34.14, during its last trading session.

Continental Resources, plans to declare third quarter 2015 earnings on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company plans to host a conference call to discuss third quarter 2015 results on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. CT).

Continental Resources, Inc. is an independent crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. The Company owns properties in the North, South and East regions of the United States. The North region consists of properties north of Kansas and west of the Mississippi River and includes North Dakota Bakken, Montana Bakken and the Red River units.

Finally, Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:CHKP), ended its last trade with 2.29% gain, and closed at $82.36.
