On Wednesday, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ:NCLH)’s shares gained 3.03%, and closed at $54.76, as on March 30, a cruise line operator, declared the following appointments to its Board of Directors, effective as of March 27, 2015.

Walter Revel, longtime director, has been designated Chairman of the Board of Directors of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. Revel has served as director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for the Corporation since 2005 and as director of certain predecessor companies starting in 1993. Since 1984, Mr. Revell has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Revell Investments International, Inc., a diversified investment, development and administration corporation located in Coral Gables, Florida. Since 2002, Mr. Revell has also served as a director of International Finance Bank in Miami, Florida, and became Chairman of the Board in September 2013. Since 1990, he has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Pinehurst Development, Inc., a family owned corporation. Revel also serves on the Executive Committee, the Board of Trustees and as Chairman of the New Museum Project Committee of the Miami Science Museum. He formerly was a director of Calpine Corporation, Dycom Industries, Rinker Materials, The St. Joe Corporation and Sun Banks of Florida. Mr. Revell served as Secretary of Transportation for the State of Florida in the Askew Administration. He is a past Chairman of the Florida Chamber of Commerce and was a member of The Florida Council of 100 for 37 years. He served as Chairman and CEO of H.J. Ross Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, planners and scientists, and continues as Senior Advisor to T.Y. Lin International, the new parent corporation, in San Francisco.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., a cruise line operator, through its auxiliaries, provides cruise experiences for travelers with various itineraries. It offers cruises ranging from 1 day to 180 days. The corporation’s distribution channel comprises independent travel agents, wholesalers, and tour operators.

ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE:NOW)’s shares jumped 3.02%, and settled at $80.84, during the last trading session on Wednesday, as NOW will release financial results for the first quarter 2015 ended March 31, 2015 following the close of market on Thursday, April 16, 2015. ServiceNow will host a conference call and live webcast to talk about the financial results. ServiceNow declared on its fourth quarter earnings call that timing of the first quarter earnings call would be earlier than normal to accommodate the corporation’s financial analyst day at Knowledge15 on April 20.

The conference call will start at 2 p.m. Pacific Time (21:00 GMT) on Thursday, April 16, 2015.

Cirrus Logic Inc. (NASDAQ:CRUS), ended its Wednesday’s trading session with 2.97% gain, and closed at $33.84, after Cirrus Logic declared that the corporation will post its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2015 financial results and business outlook on the investor relations area of its website on Tuesday, April 28, at about 4 p.m. EDT.

Cirrus Logic will host a live Q&A webcast session at 5 p.m. EDT that same day to answer questions related to its financial results and business outlook. Shareholders who would like to submit a question to be addressed during the call are requested to email [email protected].
