On Thursday, Shares of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC), lost -1.35% to $56.14.

As client conversations about finances continue to move “out of office,” Wells Fargo Advisors is gearing up to make mobile technology more accessible to advisors.

More than 1,000 Wells Fargo Advisors financial advisors who use their own device, now have access to the Smart2Go mobile application, the firm declared recently. Following this milestone, Wells Fargo Advisors plans to make its groundbreaking tablet app accessible by the end of June to nearly 20 percent of its advisor population.

After collecting feedback from advisors since Smart2Go launched last fall, Wells Fargo Advisors is working towards large scale adoption across the entire financial advisor population of 15,000 by the end of the year. The proprietary application transitions desktop capabilities to tablet devices for an improved digital experience between advisors and their clients.

Wells Fargo & Company provides retail, commercial, and corporate banking services to individuals, businesses, and institutions. Its Community Banking segment offers checking, savings, market rate, individual retirement, and health savings accounts, in addition to time deposits and remittances; and lines of credit, auto floor plan lines, equity lines and loans, equipment and transportation loans, education and residential mortgage loans, and debit and credit cards.

Shares of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE:AIG), declined -0.82% to $60.61, during its last trading session, after the insurer sold $3.7 billion worth of AerCap (AER) stock in a public offering that was much larger than it formerly forecast.

AIG sold 71.2 million shares of the aircraft leasing company in a public offering Wednesday, significantly more that the 50 million shares the company originally said it would sell.

Following the completion of the sale, AIG’s stake in the company fell to 5% from 46%.

The insurer attained its stake in the company following its sale of International Lease Finance Corp. to AerCap for $7.6 billion in cash and stock last year.

American International Group, Inc. provides insurance products and services for commercial, institutional, and individual customers in the United States, the Asia Pacific, and internationally.

At the end of Thursday’s trade, Shares of NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP), gained 1.86% to $33.87.

NetApp Inc declared the departure of Chairman and Chief Executive Tom Georgens, less than two weeks after the data storage company said it would lay off 500 workers and issued a disappointing financial forecast, according to MarketWatch.

George Kurian has been named chief executive, although the company also intends to conduct a CEO search. Kurian, a former vice president at Cisco Systems Inc., joined NetApp in 2011 and has been NetApp’s executive vice president of product operations. MarketWatch Reports.

Lead independent director Mike Nevens is the company’s new chairman.

NetApp said last month that its profit for the latest quarter fell 32%. The company also gave a forecast for the current period that badly missed Wall Street estimates. MarketWatch added.

NetApp, Inc. is engaged in design, manufacture, and marketing of networked storage solutions. The company provides storage and data administration software, systems, and services.

Finally, ACI Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACIW), ended its last trade with -1.90% loss, and closed at $24.32.
