Pre-Market Stocks Recap: Bank of America Corporation, (NYSE:BAC), Regions Financial Corporation, (NYSE:RF), Noble Corporation, (NYSE:NE)

On Monday, Shares of Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC), gained 1.75% to $17.47.

The Global Transaction Services (GTS) business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch has published its annual report on the North American market, entitled “North America Perspectives.”

The report, which appears in leading industry publication Treasury Administration International (TMI), comprises a series of articles looking at the economic growth outlook for 2015 and how the relationship between banks and corporate treasurers is changing. Its publication follows the release of BofA Merrill’s 2015 CFO Outlook, in which over half of those corporate treasurers surveyed predictable the North American economy to grow in the next year.

Shares of Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF), inclined 1.63% to $10.61, during its last trading session.

Regions Financial Corporation, is planned to release its second quarter 2015 financial results on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Executives from the company will review Regions’ second quarter results via teleconference and live audio webcast starting at 11 a.m. ET.

Regions Financial Corporation, together with its auxiliaries, provides banking and bank-related services to individual and corporate customers in the United States. Its Corporate Bank segment offers commercial banking services, such as commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, and investor real estate lending, in addition to equipment lease financing services.

Finally, Noble Corporation plc (NYSE:NE), ended its last trade with 1.05% gain, and closed at $15.46.

Noble Corporation, declared that Jeffrey L. Chastain, Vice President – Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Noble Drilling Services Inc., will present at the GHS 100 Energy Conference in Chicago, Illinois on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time.

Noble Corporation plc operates as an offshore drilling contractor for the oil and gas industry worldwide. It owns and operates a fleet of mobile offshore drilling units.
