Vimicro International Corporation, declared that its joint venture, Shanxi Zhongtianxin Science and Technology Co. Ltd., won a competitive bid for the provision of SVAC-compliant video surveillance cameras and system to Jincheng Municipal Government in Shanxi Province, with an estimated contract value of RMB 136.2 million, or USD $22 million about.

Zhongtianxin is a joint venture in which Vimicro holds a 51% stake. The bid is for the construction of Public Security Video Surveillance System, “Tianwang Project”, in Jincheng City of Shanxi Province. The competitive bid winning has accomplished seven-day Publicity Period of Jincheng Municipal Government.

Vimicro International Corporation, together with its auxiliaries, designs, develops, and markets semiconductor products with multimedia applications in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and the United States.

At the end of Monday’s trade, Shares of Newpark Resources Inc (NYSE:NR), gained 0.40% to $7.46.

Newpark Resources, declared that administration will take part in three investor conferences in June, counting: the TPH 2015 Hotter ‘N Hell Conference on June 17th; the GHS 100 Energy Conference on June 23rd; and the UBS Energy Conference on June 30th. The GHS 100 Energy Conference will be webcast.

TriNet Group, declared the appointment of Brady Mickelsen as senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary, effective June 22, 2015. Mickelsen succeeded Gregory L. Hammond, who retired on June 21, 2015 after nearly 20 years of service, most recently as the company’s senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary.

TriNet Group, Inc. provides human resources solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States and Canada. The company offers payroll processing, human capital consulting, and employment law compliance services, in addition to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers compensation insurance services.
