Johnson & Johnson, will take part in the 2015 Wells Fargo 10th Annual Healthcare Conference on Thursday, Sept. 10, at The Hyatt Regency Boston. Alex Gorsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, will represent the Company as the keynote speaker, and is planned to present at 12:05 p.m. (Eastern Time).

Johnson & Johnson, together with its auxiliaries, researches and develops, manufactures, and sells various products in the health care field worldwide. It operates in three segments: Consumer, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices.

Shares of BB&T Corporation (NYSE:BBT), inclined 2.51% to $37.23, during its last trading session.

BB&T Corporation, will report its third-quarter 2015 earnings on Oct. 15, 2015, preceding to market opening. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kelly S. King and Chief Financial Officer Daryl N. Bible will host a conference call to talk about BB&T’s third-quarter 2015 performance startning at 8 a.m. ET.

BB&T Corporation operates as a financial holding company that provides various banking and trust services for retail and commercial clients. Scorpio Bulkers Inc., declared that Scorpio Services Holding Limited (“SSH”) purchased an aggregate of 500,000 common shares of the Company in the open market last week at an average price of $1.71 per share. The Company presently has 336,081,930 common shares outstanding, of which SSH owns 18,644,129, or 5.5%.

Scorpio Bulkers Inc., together with its auxiliaries, engages in the marine transportation of dry bulk commodities. Its fleet transports a range of major and minor bulk commodities, counting ores, coal, grains, and fertilizers along worldwide shipping routes.
