Total System Services, declared the launch of a new relationship with FPS Trust Company and its sister company HealthSavings Administrators. TSYS Healthcare is now collaborating with FPS Trust Company and HealthSavings to support the processing of Health Saving Account (HSA) cards and to produce related card collateral.

“Enabling FPS Trust and HealthSavings to provide their members with secure and flexible HSA products using TSYS’ suite of real-time API’s is exciting for TSYS,” said Trey Jinks, group executive for TSYS Healthcare. “We are proud to work with a strong and growing organization whose focus on providing superior service aligns closely with our corporate culture.”

Total System Services, Inc. provides electronic payment processing services to banks and other financial institutions in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and internationally. At the end of Monday’s trade, Shares of SunCoke Energy Inc (NYSE:SXC), gained 3.99% to $9.12.

SunCoke Energy, and SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. declared that Katherine Gates has been named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of both companies, reporting directly to Fritz Henderson, SunCoke’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Gates will also join the Board of Directors of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. Both appointments are effective October 22, 2015.

Additionally, John DiRocco, Jr. has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Denise Cade, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, is stepping down from her role at the Company and the SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. Board of Directors, effective October 22, 2015, to accept the General Counsel position at a Fortune 1000 public company.

SunCoke Energy, Inc. operates as an independent producer of coke in the Americas. The company offers metallurgical and thermal coal for use as a raw material in the blast furnace steelmaking process. It also provides coal handling and blending services.

Finally, PDC Energy Inc (NASDAQ:PDCE), ended its last trade with 1.67% gain, and closed at $55.91.

PDC Energy, declared that it has extended the maturity of its revolving credit facility by two years to May 2020. The borrowing base has been re-affirmed at $700 million of which the Company has elected to keep its commitment level at $450 million.

Chief Financial Officer Gysle Shellum stated, “We are very happy with the support of our bank group and its agreement, given the current market conditions, to not only re-affirm our current borrowing base, but extend the maturity of the revolving credit facility by two years. This liquidity and flexibility provides us the ability to continue operating with a clear focus on maintaining favorable debt metrics and executing on our planned vision of delivering shareholder value through continued production and cash flow growth, and strong returns.”
