The Company itself is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the projected offering. Preceding to this offering, the Selling Stockholders owned or controlled about 33.1% of the Company`s outstanding shares of common stock. Following the completion of this offering, the Selling Stockholders will no longer own any shares of the Company`s common stock and we expect Matthew R. Michelini, Matthew H. Nord, Eric L. Press, and Robert J. Kalsow-Ramos, who are associates of the Selling Stockholders, to resign from its board of directors.

Morgan Stanley is the sole underwriter for the offering. A shelf registration statement (counting prospectus) (File No. 333-193711) regarding the shares is effective with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).

Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation produces and sells primary aluminum and rolled aluminum coils in the United States. The company’s Bauxite segment mines, produces, and sells bauxite used for alumina production. Its Alumina segment refines and converts bauxite into alumina, which is used in the production of primary aluminum; and sells smelter grade alumina and alumina hydrate, or chemical-grade alumina.

At the end of Thursday’s trade, Shares of Whiting Petroleum Corp. (NYSE:WLL), lost -2.13% to $33.93.

Whiting Petroleum Corporation, declared that Mark R. Williams, Whiting’s Senior Vice President, Exploration and Development, will present at the UBS Global Oil and Gas Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin in Austin, TX. Finally, Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS), ended its last trade with 2.53% gain, and closed at $27.16.

Masco Corporation, declared that President and CEO Keith Allman will present at the J.P. Morgan Homebuilding & Building Products Conference in New York City on May 19 at 8:00 a.m. ET.

Masco Corporation manufactures, distributes, and installs home improvement and building products worldwide. The company’s Cabinets and Related Products segment provides cabinetry for kitchen, bath, storage, home office, and home entertainment applications; and kitchen countertops, and integrated bathroom vanity and countertop solutions.
