On Wednesday, Shares of General Electric Company (NYSE:GE), gained 0.67% to $27.21.

General Electric, is preparing to sell its Japanese commercial finance business, as part of chief executive Jeff Immelt’s strategy to spin off most of GE Capital, the Wall Street Journal stated on Wednesday.

The U.S. conglomerate will be putting one of its key Asian financing operations on the block, the reports said, citing unnamed sources “familiar with the situation.”

General Electric Company (GE) operates as an infrastructure and financial services company worldwide. The company’s Power and Water segment offers gas, steam and aeroderivative turbines, nuclear reactors, generators, combined cycle systems, controls, and related services; wind turbines; and water treatment services and equipment.

Shares of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:CY), declined -0.28% to $12.65, during its last trading session.

Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, declared that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share payable to holders of record of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on June 25, 2015. This dividend will be paid on July 16, 2015.

The dividend will be paid from U.S. domestic sources other than the Company’s retained earnings and is predictable to be treated as a return of capital for U.S. tax purposes for the 2015 fiscal year. Cypress Semiconductor Corporation provides mixed-signal programmable solutions, specialized semiconductor memories, and integrated semiconductor solutions worldwide. The company’s Memory Products division designs and manufactures static random access memory (SRAM) products and nonvolatile RAMs used to store and retrieve data in networking, wireless infrastructure and handsets, computation, consumer, automotive, industrial, and other electronic systems; and general-purpose programmable clocks.

At the end of Wednesday’s trade, Shares of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYSE:AEO), gained 1.97% to $16.54.
