On Friday, Shares of Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL), gained 0.73% to $39.94.

Shares of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (NYSE:FCAU), inclined 1.41% to $15.80, during its last trading session.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is recalling 284,153 Dodge Chargers for an air-bag flaw, a week after the company agreed to pay a record penalty for lagging efforts to address safety defects in millions of cars and trucks, according to Bloomberg.

The action affects four-door Chargers built from May 6, 2010, through June 5, 2014, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on its website Saturday. Bloomberg Reports

The defect could lead side air-bag inflatable curtains and seat air-bags to deploy unexpectedly, raising the risk of crash and injury. Air-bags could inflate if the car door is slammed too hard, or following “heavy road inputs,” NHTSA said. Bloomberg added.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., an automotive group, designs, engineers, manufactures, distributes, and sells vehicles and components. It offers passenger cars, light trucks, and light commercial vehicles under the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, and Ram brand names, in addition to after-sales services and parts under the Mopar brand name.

Finally, Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE:ETE), ended its last trade with 0.27% gain, and closed at $30.08.

Energy Transfer Equity declared the completion of its formerly declared two-for-one split of the Partnership’s outstanding common units (“Unit Split”).

The Unit Split was effected by a distribution of one ETE common unit for each ETE common unit outstanding and held by unitholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2015. The Partnership’s quarterly distribution amount going forward will reflect the Unit Split.

ETE common units will start trading on a post-split basis recently on the New York Stock Exchange.

Energy Transfer Equity, L.P., through its auxiliaries, provides diversified energy-related services in the Unites States. It owns and operates about 7,700 miles of natural gas transportation pipelines and 3 natural gas storage facilities located in the state of Texas; and about 12,800 miles of interstate natural gas pipeline.
