(TSX: TPX.B, TPX.A), declared a quarterly dividend of about CDN$0.50 (the Canadian dollar equivalent of the dividend declared on Molson Coors stock), payable June 15, 2015, to its Class A and Class B exchangeable shareholders of record on May 29, 2015.

At the end of Wednesday’s trade, Principal Financial Group Inc (NYSE:PFG)‘s shares surged 1.51% to $53.16.
