3 Movers to Watch for: Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS), T-Mobile US Inc (NASDAQ:TMUS), Voya Financial Inc (NYSE:VOYA)

During Tuesday’s trade, Shares of Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS), gained 2.06% to $53.61.

Discover Financial Services has been recognized as a Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality for the third successive year after receiving a perfect score on the annual Corporate Equality Index administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

The index is a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality. It provides an in-depth analysis and rating of U.S. employers, their policies and practices pertinent to LGBT employees. Ratings are determined by a number of criteria that each company meets such as employment benefits and non-discrimination policies.

Firms that take part were required to complete a two-step survey conducted by Buck Consultants. First, an employee questionnaire was accomplished by the firm to capture information on benefits, retirement, training and development and incentive structure, among other topics. Second, employees accomplished a 40-question survey, which looked at several elements of being an employee at Voya—counting engagement and satisfaction, work environment, career development and remuneration in addition to two open-ended questions about working at Voya.
