It has been speculated on several social media platforms that dataminers working for Call of Duty have uncovered references to an all-new Warzone 2 Resurgence map that will be called Vondel and will supposedly take place in the Netherlands.
CharlieIntel shared this information on their Twitter account. Still, has yet to be known about the map. Still, its name and possibly its location, and that’s only if the dataminers themselves provided an accurate report. If what you’ve heard is accurate, then there are plans to add a new small-form map to the Warzone 2 platform just a few weeks after Ashika Island was released.
Is There Going to Be a New Map for the Warzone 2 Resurgence Game?
It has been several weeks after the release of Ashika Island, which introduced the respawn-based Resurgence mode to the Warzone 2 platform. It has established itself as a fan favorite, resulting in many gamers switching their attention from Warzone 2’s Al Mazrah. Since releasing Warzone 2 in November 2022, it has been a contentious issue for players worldwide.
Now, it would appear that Call of Duty dataminers, who are currently unknown, have informed CharlieIntel that they have discovered a potentially new Warzone 2 Resurgence map that’s going by the name of ‘Vondel’ in the files. This map was discovered by the Call of Duty dataminers.
This may be nothing at all; nonetheless, it is not outside the realm of possibility to think that Warzone 2 may receive an additional small-form map in the near future. Building out a brand-new, large-scale map is much simpler than doing this, which is much easier.
