On Wednesday, Shares of United Continental Holdings Inc (NYSE:UAL), gained 0.58% to $57.71.

For the fifth year in a row, United Airlines notched a perfect 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign’s annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and earned the label “Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality” by the prominent civil rights group. The CEI rates companies based on their workplace policies toward lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees.

“At United, our employees represent a rich variety of backgrounds, cultures and experiences,” said Mike Bonds, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations. “Not only do we embrace the uniqueness of our employees, but we have made it our mission to leverage each individual’s differences and talents to create an inclusive work community that can better serve our global customers.”

In order to receive a CEI score of 100 percent, companies must demonstrate a strong commitment to LGBT-related policies and practices. These comprise non-discrimination protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and robust engagement with the LGBT community.

United Continental Holdings, Inc., together with its auxiliaries, provides air transportation services in North America, the Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. It transports people and cargo through its mainline operations, which use jet aircraft with about 118 seats, and its regional operations.

Shares of CA, Inc. (NASDAQ:CA), inclined 4.24% to $28.04, during its last trading session.

CA Technologies, declared that it received a perfect score of 100 percent on the 2016 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation. CA joins the ranks of 407 major U.S. businesses which also earned top marks this year.

“We are honored to once again to receive a 100% rating,” said Beth Conway, Vice President, Human Resources. “We know that diversity of perspective, experience and thought are imperative to driving better business outcomes. From our inclusive work culture to our progressive benefits and policies, CA is a committed champion and advocate of the LGBT community.”

The 2016 CEI rated 1,027 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices counting non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community. CA’s efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria results in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.

CA, Inc. provides information technology (IT) administration software and solutions that assist organizations plan, develop, manage, and secure applications and IT infrastructure in the United States and internationally.

Finally, Shares of ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP), ended its last trade with 1.08% gain, and closed at $54.48.
