Annaly Capital Management, declared that its Board of Directors has designated Kevin Keyes as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Keyes will also retain the title of President. Wellington Denahan, Annaly’s co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors and will serve as Executive Chairman of the Company focusing on planned and capital allocation decisions.

Annaly Capital Management, Inc. owns a portfolio of real estate related investments in the United States. The company invests in various types of agency mortgage-backed securities and related derivatives to hedge these investments; acquires, finances, and manages commercial mortgage loans and other commercial real estate debt, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and other commercial real estate-related assets; and operates as a broker-dealer.

Shares of NetScout Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTCT), declined -1.71% to $39.05, during its last trading session.

S&P SmallCap 600 constituent NetScout Systems Inc. (NTCT) will replace Tidewater Inc. (TDW) in the S&P MidCap 400, and Tidewater will replace NetScout Systems in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, July 24. NetScout Systems recently accomplished the acquisition of S&P 500 constituent Danaher Corp.’s (DHR) communications business making NetScout Systems’ post transaction market capitalization more representative of the mid-cap market space. Tidewater has a market capitalization more representative of the small-cap market space.

Finally, Electronics for Imaging, Inc. (NASDAQ:EFII), ended its last trade with 4.54% gain, and closed at $45.79, hitting its highest level.

Electronics For Imaging, declared its results for the second quarter of 2015.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2015, the Company stated record second quarter revenue of $202.7 million, up 5% contrast to second quarter 2014 revenue of $193.0 million. Non-GAAP net income was $22.9 million or $0.48 per diluted share, contrast to non-GAAP net income of $21.0 million or $0.44 per diluted share for the same period in 2014. GAAP net income was $7.7 million or $0.16 per diluted share, contrast to $6.9 million or $0.14 per diluted share for the same period in 2014.

For the six months ended June 30, 2015, the Company stated revenue of $397.3 million, up 4% year-over-year contrast to $381.7 million for the same period in 2014. Non-GAAP net income was $44.4 million or $0.92 per diluted share, contrast to non-GAAP net income of $41.3 million or $0.86 per diluted share for the same period in 2014. GAAP net income was $13.0 million or $0.27 per diluted share, contrast to $17.0 million or $0.35 per diluted share for the same period in 2014.

Electronics For Imaging, Inc. provides digital inkjet printers, business process automation solutions, and color digital front ends (DFE) in the Untied States and internationally. The company’s Industrial Inkjet segment offers VUTEk super-wide format UV, LED, textile dye sublimation, and thermoforming industrial digital inkjet printers and ink for use in commercial photo labs, sign shops, graphic screen printers, specialty commercial printers, and digital and billboard graphics providers; EFI hybrid and flatbed UV wide format graphics printers to industrial digital inkjet printer market.
