On Wednesday, Shares of Alibaba Group Holding Limited (NYSE:BABA), gained 1.20% to $79.82.

Alibaba Group Holding Limited pushed deeper into the car distribution business by partnering with a Chinese dealership group to provide online car sales, according to Bloomberg.

Under the deal, Alibaba’s Tmall e-commerce site will host a virtual dealership run by China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Ltd., according to the companies. To kick off the partnership, a Chevrolet Epica will be offered at a discount of as much as 40 percent through the site. The tie-up will also cover areas such as servicing, car financing, parallel imports and standardized nationwide pricing. Bloomberg Reports

Yongda distributes brands counting Bentley and Jaguar Land Rover and will offer the luxury brands through the Tmall site in future, according to Wang Licheng, who heads Alibaba’s car division. The two companies plan to have 200 service points within two years for customers to pick up their cars after ordering them online. Bloomberg said

Alibaba Group Holding Limited, through its auxiliaries, operates as an online and mobile commerce company in the People’s Republic of China and internationally. Shares of National Bank of Greece S.A. (NYSE:NBG), declined -12.21% to $0.72, during its last trading session, as Greek stock markets fall for the third day in a row.

In the past two sessions, the bank sub-index retreated 50%, dragging down the Athens market, which has better performing sectors, Reuters reports. Tuesday’s losses cut about $3 billion from the Greek banks’ market value.

The bank index, which comprises about 20% of the Athens’ main index, was down another 27.5% in Wednesday’s session as the banks offered millions in shares, but no buyers emerged.

National Bank of Greece S.A., together with its auxiliaries, provides diversified financial services. The company is involved in retail and commercial banking, asset administration, investment banking, brokerage, and insurance activities.

Finally, HomeAway, Inc. (NASDAQ:AWAY), ended its last trade with 9.09% gain, and closed at $31.07.

HomeAway stated its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015.

Second Quarter 2015 Financial Highlights

  • Total revenue raised 10.1% to $125.8 million from $114.3 million in the second quarter of 2014. On an FX neutral basis, year-over-year revenue growth was 19.2%. Growth in total revenue primarily reflected an enhance in average revenue per subscription listing as a result of tiered pricing and bundled product offerings, the benefit of ancillary product and services revenue, and an enhance in listings.
  • Listing revenue raised 5.6% to $99.8 million from $94.5 million in the second quarter of 2014. On an FX neutral basis, year-over-year listing revenue growth was 16.0%.
  • Other revenue, which is comprised of ancillary revenue from owners, managers, and travelers, advertising, software and other items, raised 31.9% to $26.0 million from $19.7 million in the second quarter of 2014. Growth in other revenue primarily reflected raised adoption of value-added owner, manager and traveler products.
  • Net loss attributable to HomeAway was $2.4 million, or a loss of $0.03 per diluted share, contrast to net income attributable to HomeAway of $3.9 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2014.

HomeAway, Inc., together with its auxiliaries, operates an online vacation rental property marketplace that enables property owners and managers to market properties for rental to vacation travelers.
